The Acid Levelling Battery Machine is designed for final levelling of sulphuric acid into automotive batteries. The individual batteries supplied through the conveyor of the finishing line are positioned exactly. The fill stroke moves down, and the individual levelling heads are lowered into the filling holes of the battery. The level controlling by sensors in each head, facilitates a quick and exactly level achievement. Whenever the level is reached the fill stroke raised up and the battery is feed out of the machine and the next batteries are feed into the exact levelling position under the fill stroke.

Batteries from the conveyor of the finishing line are positioned exactly, and the levelling heads are lowered into the filling holes. Sensors in each head monitor the level in each cell individually. When the level is reached, the fill stroke rises and the battery is fed out. The next batteries are then fed into the levelling position.
The level accuracy is ±2 mm of the final level. The machine handles automotive car and truck batteries from 20 to 70 kg at up to 6 batteries per minute, depending on level volume.
The heads can be adjusted to the distance of the battery cover holes, and battery heights are set via a vertical spindle movement. The machine connects to the acid supply system of the factory. Its control can be integrated into a main system using program pre-selection.
The ECO machine combines an automatic levelling process with semiautomatic handling and reaches ±2 mm at up to 6 batteries per minute. The Premium Line Acid Levelling / Level Checking machine works with two stations, one for levelling and one for checking the level. It reaches ±1 mm at up to 8 batteries per minute.
