Our New Semiautomatic End-Of-Line Test Machine for Lithium-Ion or Alkaline round cells is available. This concept of cell testing with automatic test sequence and semi-automatic cell handling is our latest development of testing machines. High Rate Discharge and DCR test in combination or individually with multiple test profiles can be acquired with our E-Load Control software and all test data collected via Ethernet interface. Round cells can be easily and very ergonomically fixed on a round table in a fixture and tested in the test station. The software captures the barcode of the battery along with all test data to display on the HMI screen. Test results are automatically classified and grouped by preset test parameters and displayed with evaluation. Thus, the operator knows the classification immediately after the test.
