CMWTEC’s DataManager Software is a SQL-based production data management solution developed specifically for battery manufacturing environments. Available in a Basic version for single-machine setups and an Advanced version for multi-machine production lines, DataManager gives battery manufacturers full visibility, traceability and control over their battery finishing processes.
The web application connects directly to CMWTEC machines across your production line, collecting real-time process data including filling volumes, test results, batch information and quality parameters. All data is stored in a central SQL database, enabling full traceability from individual battery to finished product – a key requirement for OE battery manufacturers and quality-certified production facilities.
DataManager integrates seamlessly with CMWTEC’s Premium Line, ECO Line and Combination Machine equipment, as well as with existing SCADA and ERP systems. The intuitive interface allows production managers to monitor line performance, identify deviations and generate reports without specialist IT knowledge.
