The Customized EOL Automotive 2-in-1 Battery Machine is designed to have 2 different functions units in one main frame with one PLC controller and one HMI. The individual batteries supplied through the conveyor of the test machine are positioned exactly at each function station. End-of Line High Rate discharge testing with our new 3000A E-Load modules integrated in the machine design, followed by a 12 KV High Voltage Leakage test. The machine is equipped with a reject table for eject batteries which have not passed the HRD or HV test.

It combines a high rate discharge (HRD) test with integrated E-Load modules and a high voltage leakage test in one main frame with one PLC and one HMI. Batteries that fail either test are rejected onto a table at the end of the machine, and the failure is shown on the touch panel.
It measures OCV, CCV and deltaV with integrated E-Load modules. A special test probe allows an impedance (ACR) test before the HRD test sequence, and both tests are controlled by the EOL control software.
The positive electrode is moved onto one battery terminal, and four self-adjusting test strips of the negative electrode are placed around the sealing line of the cover. The test covers the cover seal line and the bottom of the battery box. It locates the smallest leakage, and the leak point can be marked by local burning.
It tests automotive 12 V car batteries from 20 to 40 kg at up to 8 batteries per minute, depending on test time. Each function unit can be used in combination or on its own, and a 2D scanner for battery codes is available as an option.
