This AGM Vacuum Filling Battery Machine was designed and developed for the purpose of filling batteries with sulfuric Acid supported by vacuum. The volume of Acid to be filled in is dosed by a volumetric measuring system. The Acid is supplied to the individual filling heads through the distribution system. Flow meter for each filling head guarantees an exact and precise volume per cell. The filling heads can be adjusted according to the distance of the battery cover holes.

The machine combines a semi-automated handling process with a fully automated filling process. The battery is evacuated inside and outside, and the acid is filled under vacuum in the patented Vacbox system. Air inclusions during filling are avoided.
Yes. The filling heads can be adjusted to the distance of the battery cover holes, and change-over times are short. The machine is designed for AGM and VRLA car, truck, telecom and industrial batteries from 20 to 70 kg. As an option, a weighing system can be installed before and after the Vacbox filler.
Each filling head has its own flow meter, which ensures an exact volume per cell. The acid volume is dosed by a volumetric measuring system, and the filling level is accurate to ±0.5 to 1% of the volume.
