This AGM Vacuum Filling Battery Machine was designed and developed for the purpose of filling batteries with sulfuric Acid supported by vacuum. The volume of Acid to be filled in is dosed by a volumetric measuring system. The Acid is supplied to the individual filling heads through the distribution system. Flow meter for each filling head guarantees an exact and precise volume per cell. The filling heads can be adjusted according to the distance of the battery cover holes.

The semi-automatic AGM vacuum filling machine combines manual battery handling with a fully automated filling process. Operators position the batteries manually, while the vacuum-supported acid filling, volume control via flow meter, and air evacuation all run automatically. Yes. The filling heads are adjustable to accommodate various battery cover hole distances, allowing the machine to handle different AGM and VRLA battery types without time-consuming tooling changes. An optional weighing system is also available for additional fill volume verification.
