It is a turn-key project in which a GEL mixing plant and a vacuum GEL filling machine are connected to an automatic mixing and filling process. The two units come from two companies in battery manufacturing and are coordinated with each other. The equipment is used for filling industrial cells and automotive batteries.
A high performance dispersion unit finely disperses the silica acid. Various flushing and cleaning functions are built in for a longer lifetime of the units.
The GEL is filled under vacuum, and flow meters monitor the filling volume. A roller conveyor and a scissor lift are available as options. More about the filling machine: GEL Filling.
