The Battery Washing Machine handles the task of optimal cleaning of automotive batteries from sulphuric acid. The transport through the individual wash zones is affected straight on a continuous special stainless-steel roller chain for a safe transport of the batteries and therefore a long service life. A lateral guide will keep the batteries in line and is one side adjustable for different battery width.

It cleans sulphuric acid from automotive car and truck batteries in a pre-wash zone, a spray wash zone and a final rinse zone. Afterwards the batteries go on to the finishing line.
In the spray wash zone, a dosing pump adds the detergent and is monitored by a pH control system. The water tank of this zone has three heating systems. The final rinse uses fresh water heated by a separate boiler, and a wetting agent is injected to improve drying.
It handles automotive car and truck batteries from 20 to 70 kg at up to 8 batteries per minute, depending on conveyor speed. A continuous stainless steel roller chain carries the batteries, an open conveyor grid lets the battery bottom be washed as well, and the lateral guide adjusts on one side to the battery width.
Yes, the ECO Line Washing & Drying machine. It has the same pre-wash, spray wash and final rinse zones plus a blow drying zone, in which blowers dry the batteries with hot air from the heating register.
