The ECO battery labelling machine labels up to 8 batteries per minute, is adjusted by toggle bolts and is 2,000 mm long. It works with bypass labelling and three selectable positions. The Premium Line labelling machine reaches up to 12 batteries per minute, uses spindle adjustment and can be equipped with stamp labelling.
In bypass labelling, the label is peeled off the backing strip while the battery passes, and a stepping motor wipes it precisely onto the battery. The batteries do not have to stop, so the machine runs in a continuous process.
It is designed for automotive car and truck batteries weighing 20 to 70 kg. Height and width are set by toggle bolts, and a lateral guide with a clamping mechanism aligns each battery quickly and exactly below the labelling unit. A flat top chain in a PP body transports the batteries through the machine.
Labels can be applied on top or on the side of the battery. Three positions are selectable, and each unit can be switched on or off on its own. The label length is adjustable.
