The Volumetric Initial Filling Battery Machine is designed for filling sulphuric acid into automotive batteries by volume. Controlled by flow meter with pre-selected fill volume. The individual batteries supplied through the conveyor of the finishing line are positioned exactly. The fill stroke moves down, and the individual filling heads are lowered into the filling holes of the battery. The flow meter facilitates a quick and exactly volume achievement. Whenever the pre-selected volume is reached the fill stroke raised up and the battery is feed out of the machine and the next batteries are feed into the exact filling position under the fill stroke.

The integrated flow meter continuously monitors the volume of acid dispensed into each battery cell. Once the preset fill volume is reached, the filling heads raise automatically, stopping the process with minimal deviation. This ensures quick and accurate volume achievement across every battery in the batch.
Yes. The machine integrates into conveyor-based finishing lines and features 100% acid-resistant construction throughout. The 2-station format is particularly suited to production environments where floor space or throughput requirements do not justify a larger 4-station configuration.
