Yes. The automatic battery labelling machine takes labels from a roll and applies them to the top or the side of car and truck batteries. Several labelling positions can be selected, and each unit can be switched on or off individually. The label length is adjustable.
With bypass labelling (Type D, standard), the label is peeled off while the battery passes and a stepping motor wipes it on, so the batteries keep moving. With index labelling (Type S, optional), the battery stops below the unit and a pneumatic stamp places the label in an exact position. Both unit types can be equipped with a label printer (Type P).
The machine is built for automotive car and truck batteries weighing 20 to 70 kg. Depending on battery size, it labels up to 12 batteries per minute. A flat top chain moves the batteries through the machine and positions them smoothly at the labelling unit.
Battery height and width are set by spindles. A lateral guide with a clamping mechanism aligns each battery exactly below the labelling unit and includes an exit monitoring device. The machine is designed for short change-over times.
