It fills up to 6 automotive car or truck batteries per minute, depending on fill volume per battery and group compression. The machine is a single station, and the filling accuracy is ±1% of the volume.
A fixed stopper system positions each battery exactly under the filling unit. The fill stroke moves down and lowers the filling heads into the filling holes, and a flow meter monitors each cell separately. When the pre-selected volume is reached, the fill stroke rises and the next battery is fed in.
Yes, an acid filter is integrated. The machine is built from acid-proof stainless steel 316Ti, PP and PVC, and its supply unit connects to the acid supply system of the factory.
Both fill up to 6 batteries per minute with an accuracy of ±1% of the volume. On the Premium Line machine, the up and down movement is servo driven, and battery heights are set by a servomotor-controlled height unit. On the ECO Line machine, battery heights are adjusted by a vertical spindle.
