This AGM Spiral Battery Filling Machine was designed and developed for the purpose of filling Spiral AGM batteries with sulfuric Acid, supported by vacuum. The volume of Acid to be filled in is dosed by a volumetric measuring system. The Acid is supplied to the individual special designed filling heads through the distribution system. The filling heads can be adjusted according to the distance of the battery cover holes. Each of the three filling units, content 6 filling heads.

The machine is specifically engineered for spiral-wound AGM batteries, also known as round cell or cylindrical AGM batteries. Unlike flat-plate AGM batteries, spiral cells have a different cover hole arrangement, which the machine’s adjustable filling heads are designed to accommodate precisely.
The system features three filling units, each equipped with six filling heads, enabling up to 18 spiral AGM batteries to be processed in parallel. This configuration delivers high throughput while maintaining the exact fill volumes required for consistent battery quality.
Yes. The filling heads are adjustable to match the specific hole spacing of different spiral battery cover designs. This flexibility allows manufacturers to run multiple battery formats on the same machine without time-consuming tooling changes, reducing production downtime.
