This AGM Spiral Battery Filling Machine was designed and developed for the purpose of filling Spiral AGM batteries with sulfuric Acid, supported by vacuum. The volume of Acid to be filled in is dosed by a volumetric measuring system. The Acid is supplied to the individual special designed filling heads through the distribution system. The filling heads can be adjusted according to the distance of the battery cover holes. Each of the three filling units, content 6 filling heads.

It fills spiral AGM / VRLA batteries from 20 to 40 kg with sulphuric acid, supported by vacuum.
The machine has three filling units with six filling heads each. Depending on the group compression of the batteries, it fills 1 to 3 batteries per minute with a filling accuracy of ±0.5% of the volume.
Yes. The filling heads can be adjusted to the distance of the battery cover holes, and change-over times are short.
A volumetric measuring system with a flow meter doses the acid, which is filled under vacuum in a special VACBOX tooling system. This avoids air inclusions during filling.
