The Battery Washing Machine is designed for optimal cleaning of automotive batteries from sulphuric acid. The transport through the individual wash zones is effected straight on two continuous special ¾” stainless-steel roller-chains for a safe transport of the batteries. A lateral guide will keep the batteries in the centre of the machine and is parallel adjustable for different battery width.

It cleans sulphuric acid from automotive car and truck batteries. The batteries pass through an alkali wash zone and a final rinse zone and then go on to the finishing line.
In the alkali wash zone, wash arms with swivelling jet nozzles spread the wash water over the whole battery surface, including corners. A detergent has to be added for the best wash result. In the final rinse zone, flat jet nozzles spray fresh water through the battery from all sides, and a wetting agent is injected to improve drying properties.
Up to 10 automotive car or truck batteries per minute, depending on conveyor speed, with battery weights from 20 to 70 kg. The machine is built from acid-proof stainless steel 316Ti, PP and PVC.
Yes, the Washing & Drying machine. In addition to its wash and rinse zones, it has a blow drying zone, in which blowers dry the batteries with hot air from the heating register.
