The Laser Marking Battery Machine is designed for marking the battery by a laser. Single digits or Matrix (2D-code). The individual batteries supplied through the conveyor of the finishing line are positioned exactly. The laser stroke moves down, and single digits are marked of the battery. Whenever the pre-selected code is written the laser stroke raised up and the battery is feed out of the machine. The next batteries are feed into the machine.

It marks automotive car and truck batteries with single digits or a matrix code (2D code). Numbers and letters can be pre-selected, also in combination.
The batteries can be marked on top or on the side, on the plastic box or on the lead post.
Batteries from the conveyor of the finishing line are positioned exactly under the marking unit. The laser stroke moves down and marks the pre-selected code, then rises again, and the battery is fed out while the next one is fed in. The laser unit sits on a movable lifting system that sets it to the height of the battery cover, and the heights are stored for each battery type in a library database.
It marks up to 8 batteries per minute, depending on the number of digits, for batteries from 20 to 70 kg. Change-over times are short.
