The Advantage
This AGM Vacuum Filling Battery Machine was designed and developed for the purpose of filling AGM/VRLA batteries with sulfuric Acid, supported by vacuum. The volume of Acid to be filled in is dosed by a volumetric measuring system. The Acid is supplied to the filling tool with the individual filling heads through the distribution system. The required amount (specified value)
is set in the PLC program at the control panel. Batteries are individual transported and positioned under the VACBOX function unit. The VACBOX move down and start evacuating the box including battery. When the vacuum target is reached the filling process starts continuously until the pre-selected fill volume is filled. The negative pressure of the VACBOX support the fast and accurate filling of acid into the battery.
