The Post Brushing Battery Machine is designed to be used for cleaning of battery terminals after the washing machine in the finishing area. The individual batteries supplied through the conveyor of the finishing lines are positioned exactly. The special designed rotating brushing tool is lowered onto the battery terminal. Limitation of the final tool position is realized through tracing on the battery cover. Brushing is accomplished by means of steel brush inserts mounted in the rotating tool with lead dust suction inside the tool.

It cleans the terminals of automotive car and truck batteries after the washing machine in the finishing area. Rotating brushing tools are lowered onto the terminals, and the final tool position is limited by tracing the battery cover.
The brushing tools are shaped like the plus and minus terminals and are rotated by an electric motor. Each tool has 4 single brushes with steel brush inserts for side and top polishing. Lead dust is extracted inside the tool during brushing.
The brushing tool is designed for DIN and JIS type terminals. The machine handles automotive car and truck batteries from 20 to 70 kg at up to 8 batteries per minute, and battery heights are set by a servomotor-controlled height unit.
It can be connected to an external exhaust system to avoid lead dust contamination, and it can be combined with a greasing machine as a combination unit. Change-over times are short.
