This Battery Check Weight System Machine was designed and developed for the purpose of weighing AGM/flooded batteries before and after the filling machine. The batteries are scanned (option) and the battery code is captured. The battery weight of the empty or filled battery is compared with the specified weight from the machine recipe. OK batteries are transported further, NOK batteries are ejected onto a reject table. This process is fully automatic and requires no changeover time.

It weighs AGM and flooded automotive batteries before and after the filling machine. The weight of the empty or filled battery is compared with the specified weight from the machine recipe. OK batteries are transported on, and NOK batteries are ejected onto a reject table.
The control weight is entered via an Ethernet connection to the PLC of the filling machine. A scanner can capture the battery code before weighing.
It weighs automotive car and truck batteries of up to 70 kg in stop mode at up to 6 batteries per minute. The weighing range is 0 to 70 kg. The process is fully automatic and needs no change-over time.
The system is 690 mm long, 1500 mm deep and 1350 mm high. The working height is 850 mm ±50 mm.
